  2. The broker can question both parties, although the listing broker looks out for the seller's interests first.

Prepares the Contracts and documents:

  1. The broker can prepare necessary legal documents
  2. The Realtor can arrange the best available financing with any lender

Closes the Sale:

  1. The broker will follow the transaction through to closing.
