any issues of title are resolved early to avoid closing

pertinent to the transaction.
- Making sure that all contingencies (financial,
inspection, title, and possession) are met and removed
within the time limits provided.
- Meeting the appraiser at the property to answer questions
and provide comparable sales data.
- Keeping you informed of all inspections and reports.
- Ensuring that all documents are ordered and drawn.
