Negotiating the Sale.
During the listing, offers are negotiated and then contracts
are signed. You will be kept informed every step of the way; in
fact, we welcome your participation at any time during the
selling process.
THE SELLING PROCESS MAY INCLUDE:
- Establishing offer guidelines to any presentation.
- Presenting all offers to you immediately.
- Reviewing every clause in the contract with you, so you
understand the contract in its entirety.
- Reviewing the pluses and minuses of the offer.
- Keeping up to date on current market activity and
competition directly related to your property.
- Providing input on current financing activity which may
affect the strength of the offer.
- Preparing and providing a net sheet reflecting your
estimated expenses and proceeds based on the contract.
- Ensuring compliance with disclosure laws and ordinances.
