Videos on showing and pricing to sell, MLS, color photo brochures, multiple internet sites, newspaper ads, lock box, direct mail postcards sent 2-4 times in as many months, weekly phone/fax or email updates, monthly service reports, staging consultation, contract negotiation, (I will present to you every offer made on your property), open title work and earnest money escrow, attend appraisal appointment with a new CMA, supervise settlement documents, & I will let you fire me at any time if I haven't done the job as contracted.
