Note:

  1. *These items will have been paid prior to closing (prepaid) or POC (paid outside of closing), and should be included in calculating your total costs. The last total should be the estimated amount of certified funds needed at closing. When you get the amount from your lender, have the certified check made payable to YOU! And, don't forget to bring your Driver's License or State ID to closing.
  2. FHA loans can be increased to include closing costs and mortgage insurance VA loans may be no money down, and you (the Vet) may pay finance points. VA Funding fee is 2.25% of the base loan amount. If you like assistance with any of the formulas, just ask.
