8 select loan product 9 make offer on property 10 get offer accepted or review counter offer 11 call for inspection, review seller's property disclosure 12 call for insurance eligibility 13 discuss locking in interest rate with lender* 14 meet with home inspector
15 review with broker, inspection report 16 negotiate repairs in needed 17 ask lender to order appraisal or go back to day 5 18 Review title work 19 Review HOA documents, including financials and minutes 20 ask for any supporting documentation (HOA or title) 21 Call movers
22 start packing 23 survey if need is completed 24 call utility companies, pack 25 appraisal reviewed 26 loan is fully approved, schedule closing, property walkthrough is scheduled 27 close 28 move
